RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns and exchanges for all products will be allowed

Items must be returned unused, within 14 Days of delivery. Items returned after this time period will not be refunded.

Customers must email support to initiate returns.

Print purchase recipt and put in packaged return.

Exchanges will be allowed for the same product if there is a sizing problem.

No exchanges from one product to another, cash refunds only.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return cost between £2 - £3 for postage of items of various size.

No handling fee

For items to be refunded or replaced customer must return the original item in perfect conditions.

SHIPPING INFO
- Order processing times. After an order is placed, please allow 4-5 business days to process. Excluding weekends and holidays, Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
- Domestic and international shipping options. UK Shipping only.
- Shipping costs. Shipping for smaller items £2.50, Shipping for larger items £3.50 and for orders of multiple items £5 shipping fee.
- Returns, changes, and cancellations. On top of accommodating returns through a dedicated return policy, our business evaluates refunds, order edits, and exchanges, via email correspondance with customer - please see returns policy for more details. In the event of a lost or damaged order we will offer exchange or partial refund after evaluation of damage/individual customer case.
- Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive at times due to variables outside of our control such as strikes/other unforseen curcumstances.
- Order tracking details. After making online purchases you will recieve confirmation and tracking details during the order processing time with guidance on who to contact in case of any lost packages.
